Any other week, that park across from Peden with obsolete technology would get the nod for convenience, but Court Street or College Green would be the locations that would be the best for the atmosphere. Right at the corner of Union and Court? They already have a stage there anyway for HallOUween... Too perfect. I've seen crazier things happen.
