According to NCAA stats, Ohio is third in the MAC in cumulative attendance (72,549); first in average attendance (24,183); and first in percentage of stadium capacity (100.76). They have UMass first in the last category at 113.15%, but most of their attendance comes from the two games at Foxboro, which were greater than the 17,000 capacity at Amherst.

Maybe it's coincidence but our two biggest home crowds were during O$U bye weeks.

O$U takes bye weeks? Seems they must be losing $$$$$$$. Do the TV networks know about this? There could be more O$U games. OMG. Perhaps these bye weeks could be scheduled to coincide with openings on the Browns and Bengals schedules. Think of the $$$$ that an OSU vs Cleveland would draw. Not seriously folks. Bad attempt at humor.

They have two bye weeks now because the college football regular season has been extended. It used to be that Michigan and OSU never played on Thanksgiving weekend because it was always the week before (at least from my short lived memory). Now the game will always been on Thanksgiving weekend, unless it's extended even further.
