I decided to do a comparison of offenses' outputs in the MAC today. You can't look at a single year, or just a couple, because then the numbers get skewed a lot by things like personnel and injuries. Therefore I went back to 2010, which should, for most teams, include at least a couple iterations of players.

Here is the averages for Yards of Total Offense and Average points since 2010. The offenses seem to break into a few groupings, so I put a line between the various logical groupings I see.

I went one more step, and divided the yardage by the points. Teams that were effective at moving the ball, but not able to score (like Ohio last week against BG) would have a high number. As extreme cases, Ohio's number was 39.5 last week, while BG was at 11.5. So, which offenses have been the most efficient at scoring?
