In the Plain Dealer this morning it was noted that Fiami has now lost 20 straight "since a victory over Ohio on Oct. 27, 2012." That one still hurts.

Uh, 'scuse me but they played the Bearcats tough in a rivalry game. Having watched some of that game on the tube, they are much improved. We better watch out and forget the Marshall like smack talk. This will NOT be an easy win. And, if it goes that far I don't want to be the ones to break the streak.

Smack talk? Did you read the post?

I listened to the second half cause I couldn't get Russ on the satellite and M&^%^ should have won that game. Too many mistakes, something I imagine they'll work very hard to correct between now and November.

I think this was more about UC looking ahead to their game against OSU than Miami being that good.

This was a rivalry game. It would be like us playing Marshall before an OSU game. Sure there were some distractions but I guarantee you the Bearcats wanted that Bell. And, given how they dismantled Toledo they want to bury every MAC team they play so as to distance themselves from OUr types. They have actually done a pretty good job of that lately and they are throwing millions of bucks to getting to the next level. More power to them although I don't think they get the call for a while (if ever). They are certainly running the risk of spending millions and getting nothing to show for it if they do not get the invite.
