From CBS:

"The College Football Playoff selection committee has finalized what it calls 'point persons' to gather material about teams in each conference and independent schools.

In an attempt to make sure no facts go overlooked, the 13-member selection committee assigned two people to fully review each conference and the independents."

For the MAC, they're Barry Alvarez and Tyrone Willingham, for what it's worth.  Willingham also has the Sun Belt (wonder what he did wrong) and Alvarez also does the Big 12-ish.

And in this late bulletin, Fidel Castro and Jack Ruby have been assigned as "point persons" to gather information about whether Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in an assassination plot against John F. Kennedy.
