Others may have minor injuries. I note that many of them are dressing, but just not participating, a sign they are close to ready. Also, some are participating in non-contact drills, but not in contact. So far the only serious ones officially reported were Schany, who was declared medically ineligible, and has left the program, and Stephens, a Freshman walkon DL. Bobcatblitz also gave us unofficial word that Wood is out for the season. Ohio's best teams have had very good TE's that challenge defenses. Some Ohio fans think our decline the last couple of seasons started when Tyler had that injury. I believe the decline started when Jordan Thompson fell to injury in that Homecoming game in 2012. Wasn't the next game on the road against Miami where they upset a Top 25 Bobcat team? Without a world class OL Ohio needs strong TE's. Just no depth. Hoping Gibbons can get back and the Wood injury isn't as bad as we think. Not sure whist the injury to Watson is but he is really important to the right side. I was impressed with him last season.  I was curious with the issues at tight end if Casey Sayles may jump across to the offense like last fall camp.
