APR .is now out for 2013, and can be found here. Current Multi-year rates for MAC teams (needs to be over .930):

EMU .940
CMU .940
Ohio .941
Kent .944

NIU .968
Toledo .974

No MAC schools will receive penalties.

Toledo was on penalty from 2004-2007. They have been over .930 every year since they replaced Amstutz. I don't know if there is a causal relationship there, but it seems possible.

I didn't realize that we had a one scholarship penalty in basketball.  Anyone else know that?

So, this data means UT now has the highest academic performance and 9with the recent WMU exception) gets the best RATED football players?

Yeah, it was from either Bassett or Goard leaving school while in poor academic standing. I can't remember which.

I think it takes more than one person.  Was this ever posted anywhere?

Maaaaaybe. I remember Arkley tweeting about it at some point in the past couple of years. I'm thinking we were dinged when Bassett left, and when Goard left it reopened the issue.

I'm pretty sure this was discussed back when it happened.

Isn't this also a reason why Kretzer is at Akron and not OHIO?  We were his first choice but we ran out of schollys?  Or am I way off?
