Very interesting article concerning a letter sent to the other 53 college presidents by the PAC 12 presidents.

The outlined proposals seem very fair. Why would only the Big 5 conferences need to adhere to this? If they adopt this without the consensus/approval of the other conferences, this potentially sets up an anti-trust suit because this allows the Big 5 even more of a competitive advantage.
