I was there through the Veeck era. INsane.....I was the one guy in CHicago that did NOT go to disco demolition night ( you would think every guy of my age in Chicago was there to hear the stories).....missed something special. Veeck was a character.....and Comiskey (dat dere Kaminsky park) was indeed world's largest saloon on game day. never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
