It would appear there are some more Ohio Football records set to fall in the near future:

- LaVon Brazill has 736 yards receiving through 9 games, 130 yards away from Eddie Washington's mark of 866 set in 1983.
- LaVon Brazill has 2,101 career receiving yards, 140 yards away from Todd Snyder's career mark of 2,241.
- LaVon Brazill has 8 TD receptions this year, 1 away from the record mark of 9 set by Terrence McCrae (2009 and 2010) and Andrew Mooney (2007).
- LaVon Brazill has 15 career TD catches, 4 away from Terrence McCrae's career mark of 19.
- LaVon Brazill has 642 career punt return yards, 71 yards away from Stafford Owens' career mark of 713.
- Tyler Tettleton is tied with Theo Scott (2009) with 20 TD passes in a single season, his next TD throw will set the new mark.
- Tyler Tettleton has 2,237 yards passing, 132 yards away from Theo Scott's single season mark of 2,369 (2009).

I will go out on a limb and say Lavon will finish with over 1,000 yards and set several other marks before the season is over

A few more you can watch:
- Tyler Tettleton has 179 completions for the year, 37 away from the 1986 mark of Bruce Porter.
- Tyler Tettleton currently stands at 63.9% completions for the year, ahead of the record of 63.2% by Dennis Sweaningen from 1984
- Tyler Tettleton is averaging 8.0 yards per attempt, only trailing the 1962 mark of Bob Babbit of 8.9.
- Tyler Tettleton has a pass efficiency rating for the year of 151.2, well above Bob Babbit's 139.4 (1962).
- Tyler Tettleton has 2528 yards of total offense, trailing only 2688 by Boo Jackson in 2008 and 2643 by Sammy Shon in 1981.
- Tyler Tettleton is averaging 280 yards of total offense a game, well ahead of the 240 by Sammy Shon in 1981.
- Matt Weller has 246 Career points scored, trailing only Kareem Wilson at 302 and Kalvin McRae at 296.

A lot of records fell tonight, including none more important, IMO, than the total offense record set in 2000 by Grobe's last team. Kind of nice all these records are falling around game 10 rather than during game #14 knocking the 1968 squad from the books or T2 v T3 who played 14 in 2009. As of now, we're averaging 464 ypg whereas the record-setter (also Y2k) prior to this year averaged 416 ypg.

This is Frank's most complete team offensively. The Cats are ranked 32nd in the country in both passing and rushing yards. The Bobcats I think are going to take that step forward this year and win a bowl or that MAC Championship with the offense we have in place.

So many weapons on offense......a plethora of wide receivers.....3 running backs in a one back offense who can put up 100 yards plus each.....a QB who is as dangerous on his feet as with his arm.....a grind you down 2 deep at each position OL who will pancake your arse.....a TE Thompson who can block and catch and a new TE Roback who can catch the ball and run with it....and of course a new offense that works.

T2 is leading the MAC in TD passes with 22. He's #3 in passing yards (2459) in the conference behind BG's Schilz (2556) and Miami's Dysert (2728). He's #2 in rating (151.7) behind NIU's Harnish at (155.6). Addin in his ability to run the ball T2 is arguably the best QB in the MAC and at a minimum a top tier QB in the conference. This is the first time in the modern era of Bobcat football that we've had one of the best QB's in the MAC.
