I love this quote from Travis Carrie in The Post (discussing the perfect punt return scenario)...

"“The perfect ball that I like would be the short line drive which gives me the chance to sprint up there and does not allow the coverage team to get coverage, and I can catch it on the run and I can just keep running straight,” Carrie said. “I haven’t had any of them this season, but when you can get those, they’re pretty much house calls.”

HOUSE CALLS?! Oh man is that fresh. Lets all try to work this in to our regular vernacular. For example:

"That Sbarro's over there is pretty much a house call." See, it's easy!

Reminds me of my all-time favorite special teams metaphor...when a guy at a bar is hitting on a chick that is way too hot for him, with no hope for any of his friends to rescue him, he is "outkicking his coverage."

I worked with a guy who used that line everytime he introduced his girlfriend and it was spot on.
