Possibly, but the article is just blind speculation. The author doesn't have any inside information, just throwing out some names. If Schaus didn't apply for the WVU job (and I've heard that he didn't), I tend to think he'll be around for a while.

This is no time for the AD turnstile to be in full tilt.

If he lives during this important time, it will be the nail in the coffin. He needs to recommit himself to Ohio ASAP with the intention of steering the Department through these treacherous seas.

Flirting with other jobs is completely unacceptable right now.

There's no evidence that he's flirting with anything. This article was just idle speculation by a sports reporter, as another poster pointed out.  It's not time to panic yet.

According to today's paper,Cincinnati named Bob Arkeilpane as interim director of athlketics.
