He just fell of the NFL radar. Darn

Nobody despises to lose more than I do. That's got me into trouble over the years, but it also made a man of mediocre ability into a pretty good coach. Woody Hayes

What's the freaking point if you can't hit from 29 when we really need it?

I agree he should have hit that kick, but despite the appearance it cost us the game because of the point differential, I don't believe it really did. Consider the fact that it was during the Miami possession following the miss that we blocked the punt and took it to the end zone. In reality we traded the 3 points he missed for the 7 we scored.

There's no doubt that the kick was just one of many factors. Missed chip shot, bad safety (just reminded me of Tettleton taking the sack) and a fumble on our best pass play of the day when we were on the verge of taking momentum back (that was a huge swing). Ragland is a good qb, didn't make many mistakes, but we sure seemed to make it easier on him by not covering well and failing to get pressure until we were too far in the hole. And let's face it, Rourke was missing some wide open receivers early, something he hasn't been doing much lately.

At no point did I think the team would give up. they battled back hard. Good for them. I would love to ruin Buffalo's perfect MAC season. But it's disappointing that we're going to watch someone else celebrate in Detroit.

Again.
