None of the current guys are anywhere ready to see significant playing time. Ross included even if he was to miraculously immediately grab the starting role after coming off a shoulder surgery and sitting out Spring Ball there is no one thats played. He seemed like as an impressive of a recruit as the Cats seem to get. As for JUCO crapshoots, Rourke was an amazing pickup. However, I believe he was largely viewed as depth piece at the time. For every Rourke there are how many misses? I actually like the idea of the opportunistic JUCO pickup--MAC teams need to look for JUCOs and transfers to win. I'm just not sure if you can build around these guys (see Bowden, Terry).
