South Carolina had their September game vs. Marshall canceled due to Hurricane Florence. Both teams are out of the running for their conference championships but are fighting for bowl eligibility. Akron has to win 2 out 3 and SoCar 2 out of 4. Scheduling another 1AA school wouldn't help either team because they've already played one so adding another 1AA would mean they would need seven wins to be bowl eligible. About the only other choice would've been SMiss (3-4, 2-2), which is a game short. T'erd is 3-1 in CUSA and is still in the running for the CUSA championship game. We will get by. We will get by.
