Interesting that we don't have the Athens watch party at Broney's - a truly local establishment and the home of the coaches' shows.

But Ellis and the boys will be holding a watch party at the Cat's Eye. A true Athens joint.
Can't spell heathens without Athens, you know.

Or the Cat's Eye or the multitude of true Athens joints for that matter. Just don't get it.

Cats eye is a great place to suck down some (or a lot of) cheap mass produced swill (i mean that in the nicest way - great place to chill), but they don't even have food. hardly the best place to host a 4+ hour party.

Edit: not defending the choice of bdubs necessarily, but cats eye wouldn't be my choice

Buffalo Wild Wings pays to be the official watch party. No reason to bash a place that is paying for this. The money they pay is good for OU Athletics. Broneys and Cats Eye support in their own ways too.

Ellis and Zip(former Oho athletes) have the usual swill and 14 craft taps with a bunch of craft bottles and cans. Today, McFann and Clay are doing the surprise food but they always have food for the hoops and football games that are televised.
Gotta miss it today with kids in from out of town. Maybe a to-go basket?
