They put out clips from other sports that have kids who graduated 2-3 years prior. The semester is over, and his was an academic suspension, if I recall correctly. IF he got his grades up, he could, I suppose, be technically eligible to play. I don't think there's a red shirt issue, since's already red shirted his freshman year. Wasn't academics based or he wouldn't be eligible to practice .... to my understanding. He practiced and was with the team all year ... just suspended from playing I believe.
