And, Chuck, for all his idiosyncrasies, does an overall good job. Of course, I'm quite objective in that observation, as he is a former student of mine and took over as sports editor of The Parthenon, the student newspaper, when Jeff Nathan was killed in the crash. This is being offered as a partial excuse for the BG loss. Seems to me that that might be legit. That's a very short timeframe to try to replace an assistant coach who has a very important responsibility. It's certainly not the only reason for the loss, or even the major reason, but it would be a factor, IMHO. The major reason was the turnover margin was decidedly in the Falcon's favor. Neither Huff nor Morrissey fumbled the ball or threw interceptions.
