At one point was a Texas A&M commit. Also had offers from Mizzou, NC State, and K State out of high school.

Had a composite rating of 85.7 by 247Sports and 5.4 by Rivals, which would be one of Ohio's better recruits. He only played one year for Liberty, so he should be a Sophomore. Ohio is thin behind the starters at LB, who are both in their final year, so it's a good addition. He'll have a chance to earn a fair amount of playing time this year, and could establish himself as the starter for 2025-6.

Hough is a real good program here in NC. Know a number of families whose children go there. Seegars appears to be a good kid. See him getting on the field this year (assume he doesn't need to sit out) and chance to start next year...not wait until 25-26.
