After an 0-11 start, 8-5 in MAC play. Have won 7 of last 8 matches.

Ohio (10-5 MAC) actually is all the way up to second place overall across both divisions, trailing only Bowling Green (14-1). The Bobcats face the Falcons on Friday and Saturday at The Convo.

Actually second in the East, third overall.. Ball State is also 14-1. The team has had a remarkable turn around.

Finished at 11-7. Disappointing finale dropping a match at Kent but still a great season considering how it all started.

MAC Tournament starts Sunday at Ball State. #3 seed Ohio takes on #6 Northern Illinois at 7 p.m. The winner gets #2 seed Bowling Green at 7 p.m. Monday. The championship match is 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. All games are on ESPN+.

I am looking forward to watching it on ESPN+ tonight. Should be fun to watch. No matter what happens given the poor start, it is more than I expected.

Got beat by a good BG team in 4 sets last night. All in all, a good season. Hopefully next year we will make to the finals of the MAC.

There will be major changes to the roster next year. Six ladies were honored on senior night. I don't know if volleyball players were allowed extra eligibility like those in other sports, but generally when you're honored on senior night, you don't plan on returning. In this day and age, it would be surprising if no other players left via transfer.

Carlston was not dealt a good hand with the late coaching change, and we didn't sign anyone during the early period. I would expect he'll be mining the transfer portal pretty hard...

Last I checked, women's D1 volleyball allows 12 headcount scholarships, but we had 20 players on our roster. Were we really carrying eight walk ons?
