New TV Show Covering the 'Cats

WOUB is very proud and excited to introduce "The Bobcat Sports Showcase," a nine-month television production that will cover all Ohio University sports. The show will air every Friday at 11pm on WOUB-TV starting August 26. With the field hockey and soccer seasons right around the corner, the Showcase's Twitter account will be a good place to follow all of Ohio University's Olympic sports for the fall, winter and spring. Also, we'll post many things we do - videos, stories, etc. - to our Facebook page. Thanks!

Looking forward to it! FB and MBB get all the love, but it will be nice to have a show that covers everything. I've gone to more and more "minor" events since I've retired, and have really enjoyed them. I've especially came to enjoy the field hockey and softball games...quick action and fun environments.

We're getting close to the premiere of The Bobcat Sports Showcase! Friday night at 11pm on WOUB-TV, we'll relive last year's 8-5 football season, meet the seven football captains, preview volleyball's schedule and learn how to play field hockey. Plus much more! You'll be able to watch the show on woub.org/sports/bobcat after it airs on television, and we'll have plenty of Bobcat content for you as fall sports start up. Thanks!

Tonight is the night! At 11pm on WOUB, watch the series premiere of The Bobcat Sports Showcase! And after the show airs on WOUB-TV, you can watch on-demand at WOUB.org and Monday at 4pm on Fox College Sports. Thanks! We hope you enjoy the show!
