Looking for information on a game that went like this ..

At Kent State down 11 with 59 seconds left .. Bobcats came back and won!!

Chad Estis, Jay Berry, Chad Estis were part of the 3 point barrage that took place

What year was this and what was the exact comeback and time?

Thanks and go bobcats!!

Pretty sure it was Chad Estis and Rush Floyd with those 3's. Wish someone had video of this. Remember watching it live on TV....Reghi had an epic call.

That was Chad Estis breakout/coming out party. Played very little, was a walk on even at the time.

January 19, 1991? I can't find a box score anywhere though to extract exact details.

Watched that game with a friend at my home on TV. Greatest comeback in the shortest time I've ever seen. One amazing game!

The next greatest comeback was a home game against Kent State circa 1960, before the 3-point shot. Down 15 with five minutes to go, tied it up with one second to go, and won by 10 in OT. The tying score was a lob over the basket from an out-of-bounds Bill Whaley with one second on the clock. Bunk Adams tapped the ball down into the cylinder. He could not have caught it or time would have run out. He tapped it in less than a second. Most amazing shot I've ever seen. Anyone else on this board who was at that game?

Jeter, Estis, and Floyd all hit a three in the final minute. Bobcats were down 57 - 49 with a minute to play. Estis played one minute and took 2 shots. Interesting side note - Estis' dad played for Kent for two seasons in the early 60s and lost to the Bobcats all four times they played.
