Possible a "door dash" or other food delivery person? I have heard the police know well about it but so far have done nothing. This is what is hard to understand. If a kid buys an $8000 beater Toyota Supra to deliver food, why spend $4000 on a custom exhaust system to make it roar like a race car and then however much on illegally dark window tint? That totals well over 50% of what the car is worth. There is nothing wrong with doing food delivery...the food places depend on people willing to do it and the people who order the food and staying in because they work remotely or whatever, they depend on it too. But at the end of the day, a guy is still delivering burgers and fries from Larry's and doesn't make a penny more by pissing off entire neighborhoods with endless fake race car noise for hours and hours.
